The Women’s International Zionist Organization (WIZO) California has established the following Terms and Conditions. By using this website, making a donation, or registering for an event, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Donations and No-Refund Policy
WIZO USA is a nonprofit organization recognized under IRS 501(c)(3). WIZO California is a local Chapter of WIZO USA. All donations made through this website are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven error or fraud.
– Donation receipts will be provided via email upon successful processing.
– If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at wizocalifornia@wizousa.org.
2. Event Payments
All payments for WIZO events and programs are considered final.
– No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless otherwise stated in the specific event description.
– In the case of event cancellations, WIZO reserves the right to offer a credit for a future event or offer a charitable receipt in lieu of refunds.
3. Donor Privacy Policy
WIZO USA deeply values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
– We do not sell, rent, or exchange donor information with any third parties.
– Donor names may be listed in recognition materials (e.g., event programs, annual reports) unless a request for anonymity is made.
– All online donations are processed via secure, encrypted systems.
– We collect contact details solely for the purpose of acknowledgment, receipting, and local activity.
4. Email and Communication Policy
