Make It Happen

WIZO is the main agent for change for women, children and youth in Israel.

WIZO is the largest social welfare provider in Israel. Working in partnership with government and municipal agencies, WIZO’s 800 projects offer educational and social services for children, women and at risk youth.

Our Children

183 Day Care Centers provide care for over 15,000 children while giving young families the tools to improve their quality of life.

Our Youth

5 Schools provide shelter and education for over 5,500 students ensuring that no child falls between the cracks.

Our Women

2 Battered Women’s Shelters and 100 programs for women’s empowerment continue to help millions of women in dire situations. Due to the increased demand from the stress created by quarantine, the only new government funded shelter since 2005, opened this past April.

Our Immigrants Centers

The goal of the centers, originally founded by The Eli and Marion Wiesel Foundation for Humanity is to eliminate socio and economic educational inequality
