Jacki Karsh is a six-time Emmy-nominated multimedia journalist and media thought leader. For over a decade, she reported for LA36’s LA County Channel, covering civic life, culture, and humanitarian issues across Los Angeles, and has interviewed thousands of influential leaders across politics, culture, and technology. Since October 7, she has emerged as a leading voice in Jewish media advocacy, with commentary published in The Times of Israel, Jewish Journal, and Jewish News Syndicate.
She is the founder of the Jacki and Jeff Karsh Journalism Fellowship, a national program dedicated to strengthening rigorous journalism on Jewish life, antisemitism, and Israel, while mentoring the next generation of Jewish journalists. Jacki serves on the boards of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles, AKLA, One Mitzvah A Day, OBKLA, and the Columbia SoCal Alumni Association, and is widely respected for her thoughtful, principled approach to journalism.
